In March I’m partnering with The Coffee Commune for something a little different in honour of International Women’s Day. You’re invited to Sip. Reflect. Connect.

Work wise, the year has started with preparation for a government graduate leadership program, which kicks off very soon, ongoing coaching work, and time at Yellow Edge’s Futures (The Future in Us) Unconference, where I facilitated a Leadership Superpowers and Body Mapping session. As we move towards the end of the year, I’ve taken time to look back at the people and organisations I’ve had the good fortune to work alongside. It’s been a year filled with diverse projects, different industries, and unique opportunities.
On Thursday 27 November, I’ll be part of an author panel at the IABC Queensland and Change Management Institute’s Annual Book Fair end-of-year event. It’s a practical, down-to-earth event focused on the realities of writing, creativity, and working with people through change.
Sometimes all you need is a structure to help you see your work with clearer eyes. ‘Rose Bud Thorn’ is one of my favourite (and simple) ways to help people visualise what’s working, what’s challenging, and what’s emerging next.
