When An Image Tells a Whole New Story
I’m currently working on a two-day workshop with a new team. Our focus: team development, project development, and strategic thinking.
As part of the design process, I’ve been thinking about how people make sense of complexity together and how we create the conditions for new perspectives, creativity and connection to emerge.

Everyone’s talking about AI – Artificial Intelligence right now, particularly as it relates to work. It’s reshaping how we work, what skills matter, which jobs exist, and how decisions get made. Every new development wants you to be excited, but a lot of people are quietly anxious, and most are trying to figure out what it means for them.

What happens in your workshops? Leadership Made Visible

Sip. Reflect. Connect. A Different Kind of International Women’s Day
To mark International Women’s Day in a more intentional way, I co-created Sip. Reflect. Connect with the Coffee Commune – a community I collaborate with often. What made the afternoon distinctive was the combination of three simple elements: a small welcoming space, a sensory experience that sparked curiosity, and time for conversation. Events like this remind me that when we slow down and engage our senses, conversations often move beyond the surface.
Come to Your Senses for International Women’s Day
In March I’m partnering with The Coffee Commune for something a little different in honour of International Women’s Day. You’re invited to Sip. Reflect. Connect.
Work in Motion
Work wise, the year has started with preparation for a government graduate leadership program, which kicks off very soon, ongoing coaching work, and time at Yellow Edge’s Futures (The Future in Us) Unconference, where I facilitated a Leadership Superpowers and Body Mapping session. I’ll be sharing more about that over time. In the meantime, I’ve included a few photos from our time together.
Ready to shift your thinking and make the next move?
Our unique digital facilitation and coaching cards can help with that.
