Before the end-of-year rush takes over, join us online on December 11 at 5 pm AEDT and take a moment for yourself to reflect on the story this year has become. We’re going to edit and discover meaning in the moments that mattered most.

Before the whirlwind of Christmas gatherings and closing deadlines takes over, take a moment for yourself and step back and look at the story this year has told. So much happens in a year – wins, rewrites, unexpected plot twists and different scenes. When we pause long enough to review the footage, we start to see what really mattered, the highlights and what we want to create more of.

Once all the action in every great film has been captured, the director steps back from the noise of production, looks over the raw footage, and begins to choose what stays and what goes.

When we pause and reflect, the moments that might have felt chaotic, start to form a story, along with the scenes that gave us joy.

Small scenes suddenly make sense in the context of the whole. We notice the through-lines, the patterns, relationships, learnings, and even the bloopers that taught us something.

As we approach the end of 2025, we’re inviting you to step into your own director’s chair.

Which scenes deserve a spotlight, and which need a gentle fade-out? Where might you add a new title card: Coming Soon?

Your Highlight Reel: The Director’s Cut is a creative and reflective session with Leonie Cutts and me, providing you with a chance to rewind, make sense of the year, and shape what comes next.

We’ll use images, conversation, and a touch of cinematic thinking to find the moments that matter most.
