Recently, I joined the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) global summit as a presenter and attendee, connecting with a vibrant community of facilitators from over 65 countries. The IAF brings together professionals who believe in the power of facilitation to create meaningful change in groups, organisations, and communities worldwide.
When the School for Cybernetics at ANU first reached out to Maverick Minds, I was intrigued and a little surprised. Afterall Cybernetics is not a term I use every day, and one of my first thoughts was, What do I know about Cybernetics?
